Law
Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (WKKGZ)
As of 1 January 2017, healthcare providers are required to ensure that their patients can easily and conveniently submit a complaint. The aim is to enable you to provide feedback on the care you have received, so that the healthcare provider can learn from your experiences.
The WKKGZ applies to all healthcare providers, including both healthcare institutions and independent practitioners.
If you are dissatisfied
Do you have a complaint?
Where people work, misunderstandings can arise. That is not my intention. If you have any feedback or are unhappy about anything, please do let me know.
Let’s discuss it
Please discuss your concerns with your practitioner first. We can often resolve the issue together.

Complaints Officer via Quasir
Won’t that lead to a solution? Get in touch with Quasir. They will appoint an independent complaints officer to mediate.
More info via Platform CGZ.
Healthcare Disputes Committee
If mediation does not lead to a resolution, you can refer the complaint to the disputes committee of Stichting Zorggeschil.
Before you make a complaint, please feel free to contact me first. A conversation often leads to a solution.
