On this page I share with you valuable insights that will certainly help you.
For many years, I have been a therapist for women with busy heads, stress, trauma, and insecurity. I have read countless self-help books. Attended many courses, workshops, and training, and met many amazing professionals.
But a few years ago, I wondered why so many women got stuck and stayed stuck. Despite everything they did. All the coaches and therapists they visited. All the processes they experienced… It seemed like something was missing.
I saw so many women struggling and searching endlessly for peace, confidence, trust, security, strength, calm, success and a kick in the butt. And I saw so many women who had completely lost connection with themselves. Who were only in their heads. Working very hard, pushing themselves, and plodding on. And were totally in survival mode.
But they longed for more. More peace, more security, more happiness, more satisfaction, more of being themselves…
I went on a quest to find that missing piece of the puzzle. It brought me all the way to… my intuition.
So I began a search.
I learned coaching methods that helped me shake up the entire personal development industry in Europe. I became an international trainer for other coaches and therapists and had a wildly thriving practice. Until I realized something…
I’ve become an expert in the psychology of women. But in order to get different results, you have to do things differently.
So I go against mainstream personal development. I’m a pioneer, a silent rebel, an adventurer, and an innovator. I come with new perspectives, new insights, new approaches.
Being Dutch, I add some boldness and directness to that mix too.
In the pieces of inspiration that you’ll find on this page, I’ll give you an insight into my world. My learnings, my perspectives, and my aha-moments. I’ll openly share my thoughts and challenges with you. I’ll be thought-provoking, different, and refreshing.
So you’ll be inspired. Get motivated and helped. And so you’ll get to know me better as well.
Because in the end, it’s not only words that create change, it’s taking action too. This means that if after reading my posts you feel you want and need more, the next step is to schedule a complimentary call with me.
This is a call in which we will get to know each other better. We’ll have a chat from woman to woman. We’ll discuss your current situation, your challenges, blocks, your patterns, and your needs. We’ll discuss your dreams, hopes, wishes, aspirations, and possible outcomes. And then we map the gap. What steps do you need to make? And how can I help you with that? We’ll create a plan and get things moving.
So you’ll go from broken down to broken through in no-time. And you’ll not only know you’re good enough, strong, confident, empowered, and resilient, but feel that way once and for all too.
So let’s schedule a chat now, via this link:
