Dear women, earlier this week, I’ve shared with you some expensive hiring and buying mistakes I’ve made, and then blaming myself for it. I disclosed to you that I’ve learnt that I was not a failure, but that two things were actually failing me. And likely are failing you too.
First thing was that you probably not crave spectacular change but yearn for lasting transformation (read back HERE if you missed my take on this).
Now let me talk to you about the second thing: you don’t have something hanging between your legs, you’re a woman!

Let me explain.
Most coaching methods, therapy processes and personal development techniques are actually designed for men. Even if they are executed by women. The foundation of coaching, therapy and psychology is masculine.
In the past, women were not allowed to work in this specific field, and were not considered in R&D for these methods. And it’s always been assumed that if it works on men, it will work on women too.
To do R&D on women is very complicated and costly, because women are way less consistent than men, due to their hormones (we all know that rollercoaster, right?!).
General lack of female consideration
And this is actually a pattern. Don’t get me started on the lack of female consideration in many different areas of our lives: with regard to medicines (often not working as intended on the female metabolism due to tests on castrated male lab mice, which should represent women), number of toilets in the cinema (way too less as women need more time on the toilet then men), comfort of airplane seats (a back killer, we are often not that tall), the car seatbelt (a neck shaver or pregnant belly squeezer), the office thermostat (way too cold to be productive), and I can go on and on, but you get my point.
This is not to blame, or to bash men either. It’s just to be aware. Because we can’t create a better world if we don’t know better.
Male vs female approach
So for 4 out of 5 women, current personal development processes don’t work well enough, or deep enough. Not because women don’t do the work, are not committed enough, are too unfocused, no: because it has a male approach.
We all know that men and women are different. Biologically we’re different, our brains are wired in a different way, we have different hormones, we have a different unconscious mind, we have female intuition and motherly instinct, and we have gender trauma.
Inherited gender trauma
Let me briefly explain gender trauma.
Research has shown that in our genes, we’ve inherited many emotions and beliefs from our ancestors, causing an intergenerational pattern. This is called epigenetics.
Now, think of all the trauma our female ancestors went through. All the suppression, oppression and repression those women endured.
Where do you think that your ‘I’m not good enough, I’m not worth it, I don’t deserve it, I’m afraid to be heard and seen, I feel small, I’m not enough, weakness, vulnerability, sadness and fear…’ come from?
Can you see a pattern?
And even if you know consciously these thoughts and feelings are not true, just go to your heart now: can you feel these programs inside you?
I bet you do.
Personal development for women
High time that women are considered in personal development.
And good news, I am working with a female formulated transformation technique (not suitable for men), that will allow you to let go of your emotional and mental blocks once and for all. I even guarantee results.
And this is really unique in the personal development industry.
